As a Hospice On-Call LPN, you'll be our after-hours and weekend beacon of support and comfort for patients and their families, bringing reassurance and positivity to their homes. Our RNs are superheroes, providing invaluable education, care, and support, creating an oasis of comfort for our patients. The current schedule is 12 hour shifts, weekends. Both day and evening shifts are available.

Previous home health or hospice experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
Proficient in compassionate communication, keen observation skills, and understanding of hospice care philosophy
As a Part Time Hospice On-Call LPN, you consult with patients and families, providing education about disease processes, end-of-life care, nutrition and self-care techniques. You'll work in harmony with the rest of the hospice team, providing nursing services according to physician's orders, and being a comforting presence for our patients and families during their challenging times.
