Job Title: Clinic Director - $10,000 Sign-on bonus
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri. Two or three morning shifts and two evening shifts. Minimal flexibility with schedule, must work at least two nights per week . outpatient clinic)
Clinic Director Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage clinical and administrative operations for your clinic location.
Work closely with the other clinic directors and management team to ensure the clinic and its staff work with integrity, adhering to MOTION policies and procedures and providing the best possible representation of the organization.
Lead your team to provide the highest quality of compassionate, evidence-based care for our primarily orthopedic outpatient caseload
Medical specialties at the clinic include ortho, neuro, sports medicine, and pediatrics.
Mostly Adults, some adolescents and children with orthopedic injuries caseload.
MUST have a NYS Physical Therapy license , and valid CPR certification
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a licensed therapist in an ortho outpatient clinic, including clinical supervision or clinical program development experience; Focused on building and fostering teamwork in a busy clinic environment
