Employee Assistance Program Requirements Requirements: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on medication management preferred.
Strong understanding of pharmacology, medication administration, and drug interactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in electronic medication administration records (eMAR) systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in personal care, long-term care, hospice, or home health settings.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines related to medication management.
