Accountabilities Participate in the creation and delivery of educational offerings and tools that assist with achievement of goals and objectives for community-based health promotion and disease prevention. Educational offerings will target populations of varying ages and may include group and individual sessions.Will serve as a clinical liaison to disease management coaches. - 20% Assist with major health initiatives or projects such as corporate flu screenings or on boarding of large acquisitions.
