Senior Finance Analyst . This role will provide data driven analysis and support the Finance organization and Executive leadership throughout the organization.
This is a Hybrid role based out of our Amerock office in
Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.
Develop and deliver, and refine ad hoc analysis, financial models, and business cases to support a rapidly changing business environment.
Provides financial analysis, forecast, and insights to aid in decision making and communicate financial results to business leaders and the finance management team.
Provide clear margin analysis at the customer, product, and channel level.
Provides financial justification for proposed investments and access their potential impact on the company's financial performance.
Helps identify opportunities to mange expenses appropriately with sales.
Support data needs for business leaders and finance leaders.
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
At least 4 years in a FP&A role and 7+ years in the finance field.
Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel).
Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.
Strong analytical and modeling skills, and comfortable combining multiple data sources.
Effectively self-manage schedule, work location (home/office/remote) and competing priorities from multiple internal customers/projects.
