We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed individual who is inspired to build a strong Pediatric Residency program in  Saginaw,  MI.
Overview: 
~50% Clinical / 50% Academic with protected time.
~ Administrative duties as well as scholarly activities will be required including Research and Publishing.
~ The Program Director will spend much of their clinical time precepting residents in their combined ambulatory Pediatric Clinic/Hospital based on Covenant Healthcare campus.
~ The Program Director will also engage members of our community-based Pediatric Primary Care/Pediatric Specialist physicians to participate as didactic presenters and preceptors. 
~ Program Director will be provided a faculty appointment from Central Michigan University School of Medicine and will lead the effort to attract medical student candidates from CMU.

Requirements:
MD or DO
State of Michigan licensed or eligible 
At least three years of teaching experience (required)
Leadership experience (preferred)
Board certified in Pediatrics
Controlled Substance license
Must meet credentialing criteria
