Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (0.9 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care & Pediatrics Northwest Grand Rapids Team located in Walker, Michigan.
Practice Features:
Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
Pleasant office to work at with a great culture that values teamwork and collaboration. APP will work alongside a dedicated team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Office currently has 5 physicians and 3 APPs
Monday Friday, 36 hours/week
Building also offers Trinity Health Lab NW for convenient on-site access
Strong support staff including a robust triage team, MAs, 2 Social Workers, 1 Care Manager, and 1 Pharm D
No call requirement
Qualifications:
Experience required.
APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment.
State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
DEA license
BLS certification and maintain recertification.
