REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years experience required Traveler Experience: Unit does not accept first time travelers Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Travelers within 50 miles of facility will receive $15 rate decrease Certs: ARRT, BLS JOB DETAILS: Shift: 4x10 7a-5:30p Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri Call Requirement: part of call rotation every 4th or 5th weekend Float Requirement: None Skills: Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, Angioplasty, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Mesenteric Angiogram, Stent placement, Catheter/drain exchange, Embolization, Gastrostomy, Internal/external biliary drainage, Nephrostomy, Percutaneous Stone Extraction, Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Vertebroplasty, TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt), Angioplasty, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), Central Venous Access (Tunneled Port), PICC Lines- Care and Maintenance, Central Venous Lines- Care and Maintenance, Fluoroscopy, Siemens, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Isolation Precautions, Use of Rapid Response team, SCRUB PROCEDURES, CIRCULATE PROCEDURES PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Epic, Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience, LTAC Experience, Trauma Level I Experience, Trauma Level II Experience, ARRT VI, PACS PATIENT AGE GROUP: Peds, Adults, Geriatrics Special Procedures/Unit Details: C-ARM EXPERIENCE, HYBRID OR EXPERIENCE SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: SIEMENS ICONO BIPLANE, SIEMENS PHENO SCRUBS: Provided - Blue **Travelers are not considered if they have been a former employee at any facility associated with Solution Health regardless of length of separation or duration of time worked at health system**
