IL license
Minimum 2 years' experience required
PICC line management & experience Starting IVs required
Dialysis experience required
BLS
ACLS
NIH 
Cerner experience preferred

First-timers accepted
Ratios/Daily Caseload: 1:2 ratio for all shifts. 22 bed unit
Total Staffed Beds: 372 staffed beds
Scrub Color: Any solid color scrubs
Will float as needed

Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
Locals accepted: Yes- no radius

No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as neededOpen to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.Must have active IL license in hand to apply.RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.Special Requirements: PICC line management & experience Starting IVs required. Dialysis experience required. Cerner experience preferred.
