Staff Nurse K5 & M5 Staff Nurse, UHS Binghamton General Hospital
United Health Services is seeking a Staff Nurse K5 & M5 Staff Nurse to join our Psych Krembs 5 department at UHS Binghamton General Hospital in Binghamton, NY. Shift
All Shifts
38 per hour, depending on experience.
Our Behavioral Health Unit is a team orientated unit working together to make a positive impact on our patients. You will be an integral part of a team of Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Mental Health Technicians, Rehabilitation Staff, and Physicians.
Schedule: 8 hour shifts; Every other weekend, every other holiday
Assessing and evaluating patients to determine symptoms and risk factors
• Providing patient education and helping with patient advocacy
• Providing detailed documentation for care
Previous experience in behavioral health preferred
A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting
Professional certification in a related nursing specialty
ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by home unit assigned.
