The goals of this position include ensuring high quality patient care, easy access to the care needed, barrier elimination, and an excellent patient experience by connecting the patient and family with appropriate resources and services. The Spine and Pain Nurse Navigator will treat all patients entrusted in their care with dignity, showing the love and compassion of Jesus.
Provide education to patient and families in language they understand, answer questions, and empower them to take an active role in their Spine & Pain journey.
Facilitator for collaboration with multidisciplinary health team members
Focuses on an excellent patient experience to meet the needs of the patient while striving for efficiencies in patient care and flow.
Assists with data collection, analysis and identifying areas of improvement.
Graduate from approved school of Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in state of practice
Bachelor’s Degree
