Implement and monitor patient care plans. Coordinate with all disciplines for well coordinated patient care under the oversight of the primary RN.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of hire.
