Job Title: Registered Nurse, Long Term Care

Job Type: Contract

Job Duties:
* Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
* Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
* Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
* Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
* Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
* Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
* Administering non-intravenous medications.
* Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
* Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.

Job Requirements:
* Active BLS Certificate from AHA.
* 1+ Year of RN LTC experience required.
* Active RN License for NY required.
* Covid vaccination.
* Travel requirement - Travel

Schedule:
* Night Shift
* 3\*12
* 11 PM - 7 AM
* Every other weekend

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,400.00 per week

Physical setting:
* Long term care
Standard shift:
* Night shift
Weekly schedule:
* 3x12
* Rotating weekends

Experience:
* RN LTC: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
* Active BLS Certificate from AHA (Required)
* Active RN License for NY (Required)
