Continuously reviews and revises the plan as needed based on the patient's condition. Maintains thorough patient care documentation. Operates and maintains the vehicle safely and efficiently, obeying all traffic laws. Inspects medical supplies/equipment (and the vehicle in the absence of a VitaLink EMT) and initiates appropriate actions based on inspections. Keeps the ambulance in a state of continuous readiness. Completes daily base duties and all mandatory education/training. Stays current with NHRMC and department-specific communications (e.g., emails, staff meetings, communication boards). Promotes team effort and unity when working with the Regional Transfer Center, other members of NHRMC, and external organizations. Continues personal development annually to enhance practice and profession. Organizes and performs work effectively and efficiently, completing all paperwork within required time frames.
