Our OB hospitalist team provides support to the employed Ob/Gyns of SwedishAmerican Medical Group , the women’s health practitioners of Crusader Community Health FQHC, and to the University of Illinois Rockford Family Medicine Residency Program. 24-hour inhouse shifts (7a – 7a)
~7 shifts per month
~ Provide emergency care, including supervision in our OB Emergency Department
~ Provide care for unassigned and FQHC OB patients
~ Provide backup care for the UIC family medicine team
~ No GYN coverage

State-of-the-art SwedishAmerican Women's & Children's Hospital with 2,900 deliveries per year
~32-bed Level III NICU
~ Academic appointment and teaching required with University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford
