SUMMARY: This position will perform a range of general maintenance and repairs around the facility as well as provide janitorial service for the company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Use hand and electrical tools to make minor repairs to equipment and utilities.
Repair broken or leaking plumbing.
General upkeep of building to include painting, caulking holes in walls, cleaning spills, etc.
Assist the Parts Department with local delivery/picking up parts.
Check control panels and electrical wire to identify issues and make minor repairs.
Notify management of major repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Address potential safety hazards in workspaces to avoid injury.
Keep maintenance and cleaning supplies in stock.
Tend the grounds to ensure they are maintained and clean.
Park/Arrange customer vehicles/equipment.
Pressure Wash customer vehicles/equipment.
Daily empty trash bins around the facility.
Daily general upkeep to include, but not limited to, cleaning floors, dusting surfaces, sanitizing high-traffic areas.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work independently and manage time.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Able to lift regularly lift 25 pounds.
Able to provide basic maintenance, building repairs and janitorial duties.
Excellent customer service.
Able to operate basic cleaning equipment.
