Solderer/Welder

The Solderer/Welder will assemble Printed Circuit Board/Electronic Box Build for aerospace products under the leadership of the Manager of Operations.

 

 
Job duties will include but not limited to: assembling, soldering, inspecting, packaging, processing improvements and training.
SMT and/or PTH soldering of Printed Circuit Boards. SMT and PTH re-work and touch-up of Printed Circuit Boards. Need skills in component bond, component assembly and hardware assembly.
Operate machinery utilized in the Printed Circuit Board area such as the Wave solderer, CS-400, pinning machine and solder fountain.
Module cleaning, potting and testing.
Ability to learn the use of bench top equipment, test equipment, hand tools, and computers.
Assemble small mechanical products – springs, gears, mechanic subassemblies.
Assemble and test electro and electro-mechanical products.
2 years of prior experience in Production and/or Manufacturing.
~ Willingness to attend additional training, either OJT or off-site training recommended by the management staff to further personal development.
~ Commitment to customer and business focus in areas such as quality of work, attendance and productivity.
~ Overtime may be required.
