The role of the Robotics Coordinator is integral in evaluating service needs, care delivery related to quality, safety and efficiency of care for the robotic surgery program.

The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director.
The Registered Nurse provides therapeutic and administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of Lee’s Summit Medical Center.
The Registered Nurse in department 701 Surgery provides care for ages 1-12 Months Infant, 1-2 Yrs Toddler, 3-6 Yrs Early Child, 7-11 Yrs Child, 12-17 Yrs Adolescent, 18-39 Yrs Young Adult, 40-64 Yrs Adult and 65+ Geriatric patients.
The role of the Robotics Coordinator is to coordinate the robotics service line at LSMC to include establishing and preparing for the program and use of robotics as mechanism to deliver unique services in surgical care.
This includes planning for and oversight of supplies, equipment, and instrumentation for the delivery of surgical care across the continuum in robotic surgery.
