The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with external providers
Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students, if desired
Ensure quality internal and external customer care and service.
Perform patient histories and physicals, risk factor assessment, order therapeutic and diagnostic tests.
Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
Complete all documentation in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy and maintain document security.
Participate in case consultations, treatment planning, and mortality reviews.
Participate in quality management functions.
Conduct follow up data collection and reports as required.
