Our client, a primary care physician in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a *Certified Medical Assistant* to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience, preferably in a primary care or internal medicine/family medicine setting. You will be responsible for providing clinical support, facilitating patient care, and ensuring smooth operations of medical services.
This is a *full-time,* *on-site, temp to perm* position.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM*; *Schedule appointments, maintain accurate patient records, coordinate follow up care, and facilitate communication between patients and providers.
* Conduct vital sign assessments, prepare patients for examinations, execute basic medical procedures, and administer injections.
* Ensure examination rooms are prepared, oversee the inventory of medical supplies, and maintain medical equipment.
* Medical Assistant Certification _*required*_.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a primary care or internal medicine/family medicine setting, _*required*_.
* Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
* Proficiency in conducting EKGs and phlebotomy procedures _*preferred*_.
* Possess excellent patient service skills, communicating effectively and empathetically, coupled with experience in medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
