Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility is a 111-bed long-term care facility that provides transitional or long-term skilled nursing care. The facility provides care for the early stages of dementia.

A typical day will include: Knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents; maintaining a safe, clean long term care environment; actively and consistently contributing to the operations and communications; behaving in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH, and performing other duties as requested.

The position is Per Requested Need, Evenings 2:00p.m-10:00p.m
