Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity for meaningful, flexible, and autonomous work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community. We also prioritize your career development by providing support and resources to help you grow professionally.
Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.
Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.
Meaningful Work: Make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families by providing vital psychiatric services.

Full-time roles up to $130,000 per year, with competitive compensation for part-time positions.
