*The Operations Associate is a salaried, year-round position that reports to the Upper Academy Director of School Operations as a member of the Operations Team. The Operations Associate provides administrative support to ensure the school runs smoothly and manages key aspects of school operations. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the school runs smoothly
* Support set-up and execution of all logistical aspects of high school systems including but not limited to student arrival, dismissal, attendance, nutrition, family communication.
* Support planning, communication and execution of school events (pep-rallys, college nights, family orientations, and major assessments).
* Oversee organization and arrangement of facilities, classroom cleanliness, arrival/dismissal/nutrition procedures in partnership with teachers, the Operations Team, and Leadership Teams.
* Maintain communication systems with families including school newsletters, automated texts and calls, and data tracking
* Create and uphold data systems including but not limited to student records, staff records, attendance, and state reporting
Serve as a productive member of the Operations Team and Libertas-Wide Community
* Provide safety support to students moving throughout building, especially as it relates to late arrival, early dismissal, visiting the Nurse’s Office
* Participate in weekly Operations Team and team-wide Libertas meetings and professional development
* Maintain integrity and privacy at all times when dealing with any and all confidential records, conversations, and information as it relates to staff, students, or anyone else affiliated with Libertas Academy.
* Preferred skills and work experience*:
* An ability to speak Spanish is required;
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, logistically-oriented role;
