This Emergency Dept Charge Nurse opportunity is part time at 24 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient night shift schedule. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting, performs disciplinary actions, participates in hiring and termination of staff. Provides effective leadership for the implementation and improvement of the required components of patient entered care delivery model.
Provides care that is respectful and of responsive to the patient values in clinical decision making.
Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific and diversity needs in care assessment.
