Fairview Health Services is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Therapy team at our M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital location in Burnsville, MN. We’re offering a $9,000 sign-on bonus
The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services as prescribed by a physician. Follows defined treatment protocol according to department policies. Collects, assesses, interprets, and intervenes as appropriate in the care of neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The shift length will be 12 hours on the day shift. This position will also have a 2 out of 6 weekend rotation.
- Candidates with PFT experience preferred as this role will be tasked with working a minimum of 1 shift in the PFT lab every other week.
This includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, PTO, 403B, tuition reimbursement, and so much more Shift differential incentives:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Implementing Respiratory interventions based on plan of care.
Operating and maintaining all Respiratory Care equipment.
Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care/Therapy or related field
License/Certification/Registration
Respiratory Therapist License issued by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) with 3 or more years of respiratory therapist experience in clinical setting
Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Care/Therapy or related field
License/Certification/Registration
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
