Arizona Oculoplastic Specialists, an esteemed oculoplastic-only practice, is in search of a full-time Oculoplastic Surgeon associate with a partnership trajectory. The practice boasts a diverse patient population, with a robust foundation in cosmetic procedures. Scope extends to comprehensive facial treatments, providing a plethora of cosmetic solutions to our patients.
There is an expansive state-of-art clinic and med-spa offers an unrivaled experience for patients seeking cosmetic procedures. A team of top professionals, nurse injectors and aestheticians provide a collaborative and supportive environment for learning and growth and collaborate closely with the surgeon in delivering exceptional cosmetic care. The current cosmetic repertoire includes brow, cheek, and face lifts, fat grafting, neck liposuction, laser resurfacing, injectables, fillers, microneedling, and chemical peels, all within a soothing med-spa environment. The practice utilizes a highly efficient and specialized ASC with buy-in opportunity.
We seek a skilled surgeon with a commitment to outstanding customer service, ready to cultivate their patient base with a focus on both functional and cosmetic procedures. Benefit from a robust referral network of local Ophthalmologists who consistently refer patients to our practice.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary supplemented by a production bonus, with significant bonus potential in the first year. Partnership opportunities are available following an initial employment contract.
