Bachelors degree (Technical field), Jira, ServiceNow, Jenkins, Java, Angular, AWS, MS Office & Excellent Communication.

Basic Unix Commands

Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Tracking: Keep meticulous track of project releases, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Release Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in project management tools such as Jira and product trackers, ensuring visibility and transparency for all stakeholders.
Mortgage Market and Underwriting Knowledge: Apply expertise in mortgage market trends and underwriting processes to advise project decisions and requirements.
Software Development Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams to understand technical requirements, resolve issues, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Resource Management: Track project resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and time allocation, to optimize project outcomes.
Build and update project-related presentations and decks, providing relevant information to stakeholders and senior management as needed.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of proven hands on experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the mortgage industry or related field.
At least 2 years of technical project management experience.
Experience performing requirement analysis and document for technical development teams.
Solid ability to work within the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with proficiency in Jira or
similar project management software.
Familiarity with software development processes and terminology.
Ability to prioritize tasks, lead multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
