We are looking for:
# Someone with a “can do” attitude

# Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills
# The ability to lift 50 lbs.

# At least 18 years of age

Resident Assistants/CNAs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Resident Assistants participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include:
# Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
# This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
# Assist residents with meals and snacks
# Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
# Housekeeping duties as necessary
