Seven Healthcare are seeking a passionate and dedicated PCU RN to join our healthcare team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients in our progressive care unit. As a PCU RN, you will be responsible for managing the care of critically ill or unstable patients who require extended observation and monitoring.

*Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse PCU:*
* Assessing and monitoring patients' medical conditions, including vital signs, pain levels, and mental state
* Administering medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians
* Performing diagnostic tests and procedures as ordered
* Communicating with primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
* Monitoring and documenting patient progress and medical interventions
* Collaborating with patients and their families to provide education, support, and emotional care
* Responding quickly and decisively in emergencies or unexpected medical situations
*Requirements of the* *Registered Nurse PCU:*
* BLS Certification
* ACLS Certification
* NIHSS Certification
* RN License
* 18 months PCU experience
