Our affiliate, Unified Women’s Healthcare of Texas, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious women's health care center in McKinney, TX. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our office individualized and meaningful. Residents and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
The practice consists of 6 OB/GYN physicians with 4 Nurse Midwives and 1 Nurse Practitioner along with a great support staff. The practice has their office location in McKinney, and they perform their deliveries and GYN surgical procedures at the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and the Medical City McKinney Hospitals. Both of these hospitals provide a Level 3 NICU unit, women’s health subspecialist providers, and the da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN surgical procedures. Joining this practice is a great opportunity for a newly graduating resident physician to get solid mentorship and training in private practice. 1 office location in McKinney that is a short drive away from the hospitals
~ Practice performs deliveries and GYN surgical procedures at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and Medical City-McKinney Hospital
~ Clinic patient volume is typically about 25 per day per physician
~1 weekday per week of call and 1 weekend per month
~ Work with a collaborative and collegial group of physicians that will provide strong mentorship to new resident graduates and physicians new to private practice
~30K sign on bonus and $30K retention bonus
~ Opportunity for a productivity-based compensation structure
~ Eligible for partnership in the practice after 3 years of tenure
