Utilizes immobilization devices and radiation protective measures during the operation of imaging equipment. 
Evaluates radiographs for technical accuracy and quality. Assures that studies are properly  identified and filed in patient film jackets. 
Utilizes physical assessment skills, monitoring devices (pulse, respiration, blood pressure, EKG), intravenous care and aseptic techniques in  providing patient care. 
Completes required quality control and quality assurance records, and summarizes services  rendered for statistical reports.  Ensures that supply levels in the procedure rooms are  adequate and notifies the individual responsible for ordering replenishment stock when  appropriate . Associate ’s degree  or  1 or more years formal training in an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology .
~4 or more months of  job-related experience in the performance of angiography and other complex radiological examinations.
