* *Patient Population:* Primarily acute cardiac patients, post-invasive cardiac procedures, chest pain, acute illnesses (e.g., ETOH withdrawal, COVID, sepsis), Tikosyn and Sotalol initiation and titration
* *Census & Staffing:* 3 units totaling 59 beds, staffed for 45 beds. Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 with 1-2 patient care techs per unit depending on census and acuity
* *Unit Breakdown:*
* 4 North: 28 beds
* 4 South (Cardiac Observation Unit): 18 beds
* 4 East: 13 beds
* *Technology:* GE heart monitors, Masimo vital sign machines, Stryker beds *Qualifications:*
* *Required:*
* Kansas RN License
* ACLS & BLS Certifications
* TR band experience
* 1 year of RN hospital experience
* *Preferred:*
* BSN (Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with a commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years)*Start Date:*
