Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will have a great opportunity to lead a strong technical team in a fast-paced, automated environment. You will have the foundation to help drive world class maintenance performance, continued innovation, and facility appearance.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily activities of the maintenance crew.
- Assign work on site and resolve daily maintenance equipment issues.
- Perform supervisory functions including performance appraisals, conducting staff meetings, and other events to foster good member morale.
- Responsible for sustainability and effectiveness of preventative maintenance programs for facility equipment
- Manage spare parts inventory levels.
- Manage continuous maintenance training.
- Identify & implement cost savings.
- Ensure all Maintenance personnel follow safety rules, regulations and quality standards are followed.
- Trains and directs others on site on essential duties of positions.
- Work with a high level of self-direction.
- Internal customers include product line/focus factory management, design engineering, and manufacturing engineering.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and develop team members.
- Strong mechanical and electrical experience (Automation, PLC, Low/High voltage, Pneumatics and Hydraulics).
- Proven ability in industrial maintenance or mechanical trades experience
- Proven trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to read and interpret highly technical or complex data, information, electrical and hydraulic schematics, and project drawings.
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
