We are looking for our next culinary leader in our Luxury, Boutique property We are seeking a leader who brings a refined culinary style and has experience with fine dining, casual dining, banquets, and catering.

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Qualifications:

3+ years as an Executive Chef for a Fine Dining restaurant or hotel with fine dining outlets
1+ years experience in Hotels or resorts
1+ years of experience with banquets and catering
True Servant leader mentality, working arm in arm with your team, and leading by example
Proven success with managing culinary financials including food cost and labor cost
Holds high expectations for food safety, quality, and kitchen cleanliness
Be a marketable and camera-ready culinary leader

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Work in collaboration with the leadership team on menu concept, recipe design, and culinary offerings
Create menus, recipes, and dishes that are appealing, executable, and financially viable
Lead a team of culinary professionals through hands-on leadership, mentorship, and development
Participate in promotional and marketing events
Manage culinary financials including COGs and labor expense
