Facility Details:

EMR: MeditechNumber of Beds: 22No ICU beds (intubation and central line placement skills preferred for emergencies)Daily Census: 8 Acute/4-6 SwingSpecialty Coverages: Cardiology, General Surgery, PRN Pulm, Nephrology

Physician Shifts:

7am-7pm (single)APP Shifts:

7pm-7am (single)Procedures Required:

IntubationCentral lines for emergencies

Candidate Requirements:Board Certification:

Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) -

Procedural Logs:

Procedural logs reflecting Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents within the past 12 months -

REQUIRED

License:

Active WV License at the time of name clear -

REQUIRED

Certifications:

COVID Vaccination -

Clean Credentials:

Clean license, DEA, and background, no malpractice -
