*Unit: Crisis Stabilization Unit*
* Patient Population: Adult crisis stabilization

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Focused crisis intervention model for the treatment of major mental illnesses where the average length of stay is less than 5 days.
* Perform a full range of professional psychiatric nursing services, including assessing, planning, administering, and evaluating patient care in accordance with team treatment plans.
* Administer medical treatment as prescribed by physician.
* Teach and provide psychosocial support to patients and their families.
* Provide day-to-day clinical direction to assigned Mental Health Workers or other paraprofessional staff.
* Document and report patient progress to treatment team.

*Qualifications:*
* *License*: MD RN license or compact license
* *Certification*: BLS/CPR
* *Experience*: New graduates accepted
* *Education*: Associate degree in nursing

*Shifts Available:*
* Full-Time, 32 hrs/week: Evening/Night rotation + every other weekend
* Full-Time, 40 hrs/week: Day/Evening rotation + every other weekend

*Pay Scale: $32 hourly for new graduates, increases based on experience. *Your recruiter will be able to review in more detail during your initial phone call.
