A reasonable staff to patient ratio, while maintaining work life balance.
Night shift hours are 7:15 p.m. -Full time requirements are 36 hours, (3-12 hour shifts) a week, with weekend requirements.
Evening and Weekend Pay Differential.
24/7 support from our full-time Board Certified physicians and APRNs, Chaplains and Social Workers.
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary hospice team in providing high quality, expert care to our seriously ill patients. Our CNA is a vital part of our hospice team providing comfort, care, support and education to our patients and their loved ones.
Satisfactorily passes Hospice Aide testing as provided by agency
Minimum of one year experience in caring for hospice patients is preferred
Ability to provide assistance with ambulation, range of motion exercises, elimination needs, eating and medications that are patient administered
