Healthcare System - North of Seattle
A healthcare system in near Seattle Washington is actively interviewing for a Behavioral Health RN Case Manager.
Position Summary:
- Provides clinical case management services to clients receiving outpatient behavioral health services
- Reports to Psychiatric Services Manager
Behavioral Health RN Case Manager Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the care team to navigate the individualized care plan.
- Performs screenings and intakes within one week of the receipt of referral.
- Meets regularly with patients, engaging at least 5 patients per day.
Behavioral Health RN Case Manager Requirements:
- Washington RN license at time of hire
- BSN or MSN degree
- Minimum 1 year experience as an RN, preferably in behavioral health
- Case management experience preferred
(equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
