Trucks we operate:
2020-2024 Dry Vans with AirRide (90% of our fleet)
2023-2024 Reefers with AirRide (10% of our fleet)
Garage Doors, Windows, Doors (20%)
Food, Water, Beer (10%
Paper Material, Boxes, Pallets (20%)
Main HQ: 4202 Industrial Drive, Roxana, IL 62084 (about 10 minutes from St Louis, Missouri)
What is my weekly pay?
Our company drivers average about $1300-$1800 weekly gross before taxes. Do you offer health, dental, or vision insurance?
Dental insurance is about $7 per week, and Vision insurance is about $2 per week.
Company Drivers are on W2, Contractors on 1099. 50% of our freight is drop/hook. Are our trucks manual or automatic?
We would love to have manuals but its hard to order new trucks in manual
Policy is about $12 per week, and the passenger can't be a CDL holder
We've had issues where its hard to clean a truck after pets, or drivers are allergic so we can't accept pets. We want to make sure every driver is happy with the truck you are driving.
Do you detail your trucks before I start?
We detail each truck from the inside and outside. Our goal is that every truck looks brand new.

Do I have to unload the freight?
Most of our freight is drop/hook.
Do you require night time driving?
If you are empty then take the night off.
If we can't get the truck fixed and you're losing time/money then we will pay you for that. However our trucks are all new with warranty so they don't really breakdown. Most of the time if itcan't get fixed in a day or so, then we will get you a replacement truck so you aren't sitting and waiting for the truck to get fixed.
Our Northeast freight goes directly to large warehouses and industrial locations like Harrisburg, PA, Butler, PA, Hartford, CT. We don't take freight to high traffic areas since most drivers don't want to drive in those areas.
What are your truck governed at?
Our trucks are governed at 65mph on the cruise.
Why are your trucks governed so low?
The areas we service have an average speed limit of 60-65mph on the highway. What is your home policy?
Can I take my truck home?
If you have a safe place to park, and you get it approved with Safety then that is fine.
How do I wash my truck/trailer?
We have a Blue Beacon account. Our network for fueling is any Flying J and Pilot truck stop. All trucks have outside facing cameras. We pay out weekly. All trips delivered between Monday and Sunday get paid on Friday. Some banks hold direct deposits for an extra 1-2 business days. Most drivers see the funds in their account over the weekend or Monday/Tuesday.
Who pays for transportation/hotel during orientation?
We can book you a bus, if Greyhound is not available in your area then we would book a flight. You can also come with your own car or rental, in that case we would reimburse your fuel and rental.
Do you offer a sign on bonus?
Our goal is not to get you to join based on a "sign-on bonus" trick that most companies use. Experienced CDL A Driver
