Registered Nurse RN Special Labor and Delivery Unit

Sign-on bonus: $Department: Special Labor and Delivery Unit
* Schedule: Full Time Night 7pm to 7am (rotating weekends)

* Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
* Implement and monitor patient care plans.
* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
* Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
* Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
2 years of labor and delivery RN experience
