Under management supervision: implement automation programs that will assure production of finished goods that meet or exceed customer specified requirements. This poistion will drive operational efficiency by leading process mapping, analysis and enginerring of Robotic Process Automation in an agile environment. The RPA Engineer will work in partnership with all operations departments to understand their workflow challenges and introduce solutions using robotic process automation tools. Workflow analysis and solution desing
RPA builds using RPA platforms
Build well documented solutions using flowcarts, layouts, diagrams and procedures
Participate in continuous improvement by innovations in emerging technologies and presenting these for review
Assures compliance of the documented RPA system and promotes consistency throughout the
Participates in the establishment and implementation of RPA methodology within the organization.
Adheres to and remains abreast of all corporate policies.
Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical Discipline or equivalent experience.
Strong working knowledge with Automotive Industry Quality Systems (ISO/IATF).
Experience in inspection techniques and metrology.
Sound knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
Strong analytical, technical and computer literacy skills.
Must satisfy quality standards.
Can clearly communicate orally and in writing.
Must work the scheduled shift.
Must participate in annual training to update and document job-related skills.

Ability to operate standard office equipment.
Operate a computer keyboard 4 hours or more per day.
Office environment, 50%.
Reading computer screens, documents, measuring equipment, and blueprints.
Voice communication and telephone.
