Position Title: Casino Host
Position Summary: The Casino Host is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.
In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:
Be proactive in cultivating new or emerging players
Provide attentive and personalized service appropriate to existing players
Establishes and maintains good will by handling and resolving problems, question or concerns with all players on the floor
Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
Increase player tracking by promoting card acquisition actively on the gaming floor
Other duties as assigned
Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time
Salary: $17.00 / per hour
