Practice Highlights:
~7 on / 7 off model, *very flexible scheduling if 2 docs agree to mirror each other (i.e. 14 on / 14 off)
~ Intensivists run ICU, no procedures or codes required
~ No nights, NP support 24/7
~7 am to 7 pm with physician swing shift 12 pm to 12 am
~ Team of 14 docs and 4 NPs


Financial Highlights:
~$316-346K range based on experience
~$25K Commencement Bonus
~$10K Relocation; $4K CME
~401K Retirement with 8% Match
