We are The Edgewood Center For Rehab & Healthcare and we are looking for the best and brightest Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to help us change long term care. At Edgewood Center we believe that happy, appreciated staff leads to happy residents, and that is what we are all about. Edgewood Center is actively trying to build strong, dedicated nursing teams at our New Hampshire skilled nursing facilities located in Portsmouth.

Positions Summary of LPN:

The primary purpose of the LPN position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs and other nursing personnel, and to provide direct nursing care to the residents. To monitor the performance of CNAs, nursing and non-licensed personnel, provide education and counseling, perform disciplinary action as necessary, and complete performance evaluations.

Requirements for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Education and/or experience
Graduated from an accredited LPN school
Valid LPN license.
Candidates must be able to pass a background check
