Licensed psychotherapist provides compassionate and effective individual and group therapy in a state licensed outpatient setting as part of a caring, collaborative and patient centered team. Clinic services include IOP, psychiatry, MAT, family counseling, innovative peer mentoring and a wide range of groups.
Current Wisconsin psychotherapy license (LPC-IT, LPC, LCSW, MFT, CSAC….)
Able to facilitate individual and group patient sessions with limited clinical supervision
Caseload management including intakes, TX planning, clinical review, discharge, collateral communication, scheduling
Establishes a helping relationship with the client and family characterized by warmth, respect, genuineness, concreteness, and empathy. Manages crisis situations and determines need for additional professional assistance.
Creates clinically appropriate treatment plans with measurable short term and long term goals, identified methods to measure and evaluate progress.
Documents findings and treatment recommendations appropriately.
Documents client behavior and coordinates with others regarding group behavior.
Quality and timeliness of all clinical and case management documentation
Schedule: Full time - 40 hours
