Opportunity Overview
~ A region-leading multispecialty healthcare system in the Midwest is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join its practice.
Additional Highlights
~4.5-day work week (Mon-Fri); a balanced mix of clinic and OR
~ Large and established patient base
~2-3 days clinic/1-2 days OR per week
~ Guaranteed base salary with RVU model
~$175,000 sign-on bonus (in the form of a community needs loan)
~ Excellent benefits package includes 6 weeks PTO, retirement with match, health insurance, CME, relocation assistance,annual retention bonuses, and more
