Plastics experience is preferred

The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, intelligent, highly dependable, well-organized, has the ability to multi-task while learning to assist in new procedures while documenting in the medical record, ensuring excellent patient care and maintain high customer satisfaction.
General and Plastics surgery
* Assists in performing Plastic and cosmetic procedures, and administration of medications
* Provides patient education and is knowledgeable on post procedure care, skin care, sun safety and prescription instructions/potential side effects.
* Skilled in postoperative care including but not limited to bandage changes and suture removal
Medical documentation
* Obtains and documents in EMR accurate patient medical history
* Understands principles of medical documentation and coding/billing
* Efficiently utilizes EMR software to accurately capture the patient's encounter
1-2 years in a plastics or surgical environment
