Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced NNP who wants to join a fantastic group of 3 NNPs and 3 Neonatologists. * 14-bed Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 6 NICU/8 NBN * Our team cares for neonates >28 weeks in the NICU and covers the NBN service as well. * A supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs facilitates a positive and collaborative work environment. * 24/7 NNP coverage with an on-call neonatologist at night. * Flexible, 24-48 hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance. * Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities. * Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team. * Ability to pick up shifts in Level III-IV NICUs in our practice, IF desired.
