Cornerstone is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product team tohelp drive innovation that will delight our customers.We are looking for someone who will relentlessly pursue understanding of our customer pain points and partner with product development to drive new product solutions that drive customer value and ROI. In this role you will translate ideas into strategy that leads to new features and will follow product development from start to finish.
This role will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support execution of our product roadmap, and product go-to-market strategy. Understand and lead analysis of market trends, competitive environment, and product metrics to identify new opportunities and guide development
Act as a product owner working with multiple agile, scrum-based engineering teams
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
~4+ years of Product Management experience
~ Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design and marketing/business counterparts to deliver SaaS products
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, writing, and presenting skills
~ Ability to identify customer’s major problems and unarticulated needs through various methods like feedback sessions, and surveys
~ Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
~ Experience in the learning management, talent development and/or learning experience space
~ Industry knowledge of learning management, reporting and compliance
~ Knowledge of database queries and APIs is beneficial.
