Alexius Health is seeking a caring & motivated physician to join the Palliative Care Team. This position will be a blend of inpatient consultative service and outpatient clinic, working collaboratively to provide supportive/palliative care consultations to patients, family, as well as other involved healthcare providers.
Part-time Position
Clinic-based practice; Lead the assessment, planning and implementation and evaluation of palliative care interventions
Provide patient specific education as it relates to palliative care
Provide safe, therapeutic and cost-effective patient care
Collaborate with Hospital Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology, and more
Develop, institute, and maintain patient/family education and support material/programs as appropriate
